July 17th, 2008HI, this is a dedicated Blog section for EPCOM Life Impact Game, which will be held in December. Here’s the roam for us to chit-chating just like in Mamak stall. Anyway, this site official led by EPCOM (8th Penang Company Boys’ Brigade)
Here are the details about 2008 Life game:
Date: 10th - 13th December 2008
Venue: USM Engineering Campus (Nibong Tebal, Penang)
Camp fee:
1. RM 160 (Before 15th August)
2. RM 180 (Before 1st October)
3. RM 200 (After 1st October)
How many of you have heard of Life Game? Well, Life Game is actually a game-based camp, NOT computer game, or console game. Throughout the whole camp, the participants will only play ONE game. The game is kinda similar to simulation game – The SIM. BUT, the gameplays are totally different. Haha, imagine… you will control your own game physically, keeping safe of your own money, find a job, need to have good performance at working place, pay bills, upgrading your prestige (Character level) getting married, buy house and cars. These are too bored? Well… may be you can choose to be a crime maker, robbing the bank, stealing and …. It depends on how you play. Life game… hmm, in the game, you control your life. How you wish your life in the game will be? Yo! You decide!
I’ve been a game freak when I was a secondary kid, especially before 15 years old. The first thing I did whenever I online, was logged into Gamespot or IGN to check game news, I can still remember how I saved my pocket money just to buy a PS2 console, that cost me nearly a year.
Same thing happened on me when I was in Life game, no money, no house, no car and of course no Honey. Aiks! Luckily I managed to save some $$ which I earned by working with my taukeh, and used it to buy a ‘C’ class house. J My taukeh even gave me some bonus, may be my performance was good, hehe! My taukeh even sponsored me some $$ when I managed to find a partner to marry with. Or else, I will be an old bachelor, how pity. L Money money money… it plays an important role… true? Hmm.. Am I living just because of getting money?
The Game was really fun; it signifies our actual life to a certain point. Quite a reality atmosphere in the game, I saw Mata rasuah the participants, people robbing the POS office, not bank… strange enough. Hahahaha. Other than that, people consult Tolong from Along, driving without license, getting fired by boss, high prestige participants show off in front of you, especially when they cut queue because wanted to pay income tax or buy things. Haiz, isn’t this is just a game…? Why bully those low prestige players? It is serious if they failed to pay income tax, ‘cause they probably will get some punishments, may be will be jailed.
In short, life game grants you the opportunity to live a life that under your decision on how you want your life to be. 4 days 3 nights – the duration of your life. Your life, you decide!
